Suspend on Lid Close?

Power Management

So you miss the classic windows and OSX trait of auto suspending when you close the lid? This can EASILY be setup on Eeebuntu with afew steps

Prefs

Right Click on the Battery Icon in your notification panel and select preferences.

AC power

In here Select firstly the "On AC Power" tab and change the "When lid is closed" option to whatever you want!

Battery power

Now just repeat this on this on the "On Battery Power" tab.

Now test by closing your lid...... Voila!

NOTE:

You can also change afew other settings in here such as "dimming when idle" "inactive sleep" etc.
